Ingredients
- 1 good-sized bunch of fresh broccoli, chopped into bite-size pieces
- 2 Tbsp. Maruso® Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic EVOO
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and garlic oil, mix well.
2. Par-boil broccoli until just tender, plunge in ice water to stop cooking.
3. Pat dry as well as possible. Place in a large bowl and pour over the soy mixture and mix well. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
4. Serve chilled or serve warm, both are great
