Ingredients
- 1 lb. stew meat
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 2 beef boulion cubes
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1/4 c red wine
- 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 lg. cut up potatoes
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
- salt and pepper
- flour
- 2-3 c water

Preparation
Step 1
Brown onions and garlic and remove. Dredge meat on flour and brown well. Add back the onions and garlic and add all other ingredients. Add water and cook in slow cooker on high for 5 hrs.
