Preparation

Step 1

Prepare Potato Gnocchi as directed on package; drain
Drizzle with your choice of:
Garlic EVOO
Basil EVOO
Truffle EVOO
Hot Chili EVOO
Sun Dried Tomato EVOO
Fior Fiore EVOO
Colle Monacesco EVOO
Rosemary EVOO
OR: Top with pesto
Grate fresh Parmesan on top with a pinch of sea salt
