Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp cleaned
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. margarine
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup parsley
Preparation
Step 1
In large skillet, over medium high heat, cook and stir the shrimp
and garlic, until just pink
Blend in mustard, lemon juice and parsley.
Heat through.
serve over rice if desired.
