Ingredients
- 1 Large Yellow onion
- 2 Red Peppers
- 1 Zucchini
- Roasted Red Peppers
- Guacamole
Preparation
Step 1
1) Do grilled chicken and cut up.
2) Cook the chicken in buffalo wing sauce or use a marinade
3) stir fry onions and peppers, zucchini, roasted red peppers
4) Serve over rice or do with wraps
