Limoncello

Ingredients

• 1.75 liters vodka
• 15 lemon peels (make sure the lemons have a good smell
• Coffee Filter
• funnel
• 2 1/4 cups sugar and water heated equal parts

Preparation

Step 1

Take the peels off 15 lemons.
Mix the lemon peels and vodka in a glass or plastic pitcher.
Store in a dark place for 2 days.
Put the paper coffee filter in a funnel.
Pour the vodka/lemon through the filter/funnel.

Heat 2 1/4 cups sugar and equal amount of water

Mix in the vodka/ lemon mixture
