Stuffed Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 c flaked crab meat (1-8 oz. can cooked crab meat)
  • 1 c finely chopped celery
  • 2 T finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 T French salad dressing mix
  • 1/3 c sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash. Combine the rest of the ingredients with the yolks, blending well. Refill egg whites.
