Gargonzola-Walnut Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 Ounces Gorgonzola Cheese, Crumbled
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 medium head romaine lettuce, torn
  • 1 cup walnut pieces, toasted

Preparation

Step 1

Process first 5 ingredients in an electric blender until mixture is smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.

Combine lettuce and toasted walnut pieces i a serving bowl. serve with gorgonzola cheese mixture.

Yield: 8 Servings
