Ingredients
- This recipe makes 2 lbs of queso. So you can freeze some of it and have it later
- 1-1/4 lb white American cheese
- 1/4 cup diced green chiles
- 2 pickled jalepeños chopped
- 1 oz jalepeño juice
- 2/3 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup cold water
Preparation
Step 1
Add together in sauce pan and stir. Done when cheese is melted.
