Spinach Cheese Squares

Ingredients

• 4 tbsp. butter
• 1 tsp. salt
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1 cup flour
• 1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
• 1 cup milk
• 2 pkg. chopped spinach (thawed & drained)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 oven.
In a 9x13x2 pan melt butter in oven.
Remove from oven. In a large mixing bowl beat eggs, add flour, milk salt, baking powder and mix altogether. Blend well and add cheese and thawed spinach.
Pour mixture into baking pan and bake for 35 minutes.
