Beefsteak con papas
• Boil 4 tomatillos and 2 green chilis in water.
• Blend in blender with a little cumin, garlic, onion, and water.
• Fry the meat, cut in long, thin strips. Add the sauce and add some cut up potatoes.
• Add salt and boil until potatoes are cooked.
• Serve with tortillas.
