Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400. Coat the bottom of a baking pan with ½ tsp vegetable oil
2. Cut the salmon into serving size pieces, Place the salmon skin side down
3. Squeeze lemons over the salmon, Brush each piece with a coating of olive oil 4. Add fresh black pepper and lemon pepper to taste
5. Bake for 15-20 min
6. You can marinate it for 1 hour prior to cooking
7. It’s done when a cooking thermometer reads 145 degrees F
