Ingredients
- 1-2 lbs. chicken
- 1-48 oz. jar great northern beans
- 1-16 oz. jar Chi-Chi salsa -- hot
- 1/2 -1 -8 oz. block Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 t ground cumin
- 1 small can green chilies
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine

Step 1
Cook or grill chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces. In a crock pot or large stove pot, combine the cooked chicken along with the rest of the ingredients. Cover and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. If you prefer a thinner chili, add water.
