Ingredients
- 1/4 C. Orange Juice
- 1/4 C. Cranberry Juice
- 1 C. Honey
- 1 # Fresh Cranberries (approximately 4 Cups

Preparation
Step 1
1. Wash Cranberries and pick out the nasty ones.
2. Place the Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice and Honey in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to Medium low and add the cranberries. Stir Occasionally until the Cranberries burst. Simmer for approximately 15 minutes (no longer). Remove from Heat and cool.
3. Spoon Sauce into the Mold. Place in refrigerator for at least 6 hours; preferably overnight. Turn the Mold upside down onto the Plate you wish to display it on. The Sauce will drop down to the Plate. Slice and it's ready to eat.
