Ingredients

  • 1 T. Olive Oil (I use Canola Oil)
  • 1 C. Yellow Onion (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 t. Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 C. Red Wine or Grape Jc.
  • 1 (28 oz,) Can of Crushed Tomato (chopped)
  • 1 T. Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 t. Ground Pepper
  • 1 1/2 t. Salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place first 4 ingredients in saucepan. Simmer for approximately 3 minutes or until the Onion is done. Add the remaining ingredients and Simmer for approximately 15 minutes. Do not put a lid on the Saucepan while cooking.
