Stovetop Stuffing Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 1 pkg stovetop stuffing
• 1 cup hot water
• 2 pkg brown gravy mix
• 1.5 lbs ground beef
• 1 cup cold water
• 2 large eggs, beaten

Preparation

Step 1

add stuffing mix and hot water to bowl, let sit for 5 min
In another bowl, mix 1 pkg brown gravy mix with 1 cup cold water.
add in ground beef, eggs and mix well
After the stuffing has sat for 5 min, mix it into the beef mixture
grese a bundt pan with Pam and press ground beef into pan
bake at 350 for 45-55 min let rest 5 min and invert onto plate

Serve with mashed potatoes in the center and pour the other brown gravy over the top.
