Ingredients

  • 3/4 lbs of salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of sherry cooking wine
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon of wasabi

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut salmon into 1 inch wide pieces and combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Marinate for 24 hrs and it tasted good
3. Put broiler on high and dunk all slices in the marinade
4. Every 2 minutes re-apply marinade
5. Continue until salmon is slightly charred
