Ingredients
- 2 lbs. hash browns, thawed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and bake in 9x13" pyrex dish. Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
