Ingredients
- MIx and pat into pie pan
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. marg.
- Combine and add to pie pan
- 3 c. rhubarb
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 T. flour
- Bake 375 degrees for 15 min
- Beat till Fluffy
- 12 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- Add to fluffy Mixture
- 2 eggs
- Bake 350 degrees 30 min.
- Topping
- Spread over other layers and chill
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 Tblsp sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp vanilla
