Ingredients

  • MIx and pat into pie pan
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. marg.
  • Combine and add to pie pan
  • 3 c. rhubarb
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 T. flour
  • Bake 375 degrees for 15 min
  • Beat till Fluffy
  • 12 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • Add to fluffy Mixture
  • 2 eggs
  • Bake 350 degrees 30 min.
  • Topping
  • Spread over other layers and chill
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 Tblsp sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp vanilla
