Rice Broccoli Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice, cooked
  • 1 cup milk
  • 10 ounces frozen broccoli, cooked
  • 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (4 ounce) cans mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1


Mix everything in a big casserole dish.

Bake at 375°F, for 45 minutes.
