Seafood Fra Diavolo
- 2 bottles white cooking wine
- Tomato sauce and crushed tomato
- Shrimp, squid, scallops, mussels 1-2 lbs each.
1) Cook mussels first until they open. If the mussels are open before you cook them, poke them with a knife and if they close they are good to cook.
2) Cook the shrimp squid and scallops on low and throw in the sauce.
3) While cooking the sauce use red pepper after garlic and onions. Then add to flavor.
