Buffalo Chicken Pasta Bake

Ingredients
- 300 g cooked pasta
- oil for cooking
- 3 diced chicken breasts
- salt and pepper
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 300 ml hot sauce
- 200 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
- 200 ml chicken stock
- 200 g crumbled blue cheese
- 200 g grated cheddar

Preparation
Step 1
Heat some oil in a deep pan. Add the diced chicken and fry, stirring occasionally, until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper then add the garlic and stir. Cook out for 1 minute.
Add the cream cheese, hot sauce, chives and chicken stock. Stir together to coat the chicken.
Add the cooked pasta and stir again then pour into a baking dish. Top with the crumbled blue cheese and grated cheddar. Grill for 10-15 minutes or until the top is crisp and golden.
