Ingredients
- Filling:
- Batter: 3eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 can pumpkin
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Cream: 2 Tblsp. marg.
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- MIx Well

Preparation
Step 1
Line cooike sheet with parchment paper. Pour Batter onto parchment paper Bake 15 min.
Turn onto granulated sugar and lint free towel and sprinkle top with granulated sugar.. Roll u[in towel while hot long ways. cool completely.
Unroll and spread with filling .. Reroll in foil Freeze until ready to use.
