Alaskan Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 1 packet Brown Gravy
• 1 1/2 lb ground beef
• salt & pepper
• 4 servings mashed potatoes
• chives
• cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 350

Prepare mashed potatoes, mix meat, gravy packet salt and pepper and place in a loaf pan 2 inches high. Mix chives into mashed potatoes and place over meat.

Cook 55 min then add cheddar cheese.
