Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak cut into cubes and seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 6 oz. mushrooms, sliced
  • 32 oz. beef broth
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 c. cooked pearl barley

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients except barley in slow cooker. Cook for 8 hours on low and add cooked barley for last 20 min.
