Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 c cilantro leaves, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
- 3/4 c chopped Vidalia onion
- 2-1/4 c chopped tomatoes (use 1/2 real and 1/2 from a can with juice)
- juice from one lemon
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1/4 t cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerator for at least one hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
