Deluxe Roquefort Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 1/3 c evaporated milk, well chilled
• 1/2 c cream cheese, softened
• 1 c mayonnaise
• 1 c crumbled Roquefort cheese (2-4 oz. packages)

Preparation

Step 1

Whip milk until light and fluffy; add cream cheese and whip until smooth. Add mayonnaise and mix. Fold in Roquefort cheese. Chill.
