Ingredients
- 3 lb.. red potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 2 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbs. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes for mashed potatoes.
Combine potato, cream cheese, and next four ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Spoon mixture into a greased 11x7" baking dish. Brush with melted butter, and top with paprika. Bake 350° oven for 30 minutes.
Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours if desired.
Remove from refrigerator and let stand at room temperature, covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake until heated.
THIS COULD BE MADE WITH ONION SOUP MIX AND SLIVERED ALMONDS LIKE I DO MY POTATOES.
