Cathead Busicuits in Cast Iron

Ingredients

• 1 stick of butter
• 2 Tbs baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 Tbs sugar
• 2 cups of flour
• 3/4 to 1 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all that up till fine crumbs form then add 3/4-1c milk.

Drop biscuits onto hot skillet with melted butter

400 degrees about 20-25 min
