  • 2 lbs of chicken cutlet
  • 1 jar of of pesto sauce
  • Tomatoes
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese



Step 1

1) Cover chicken in flour and brown on each side. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
2) Arrange on cookie tray cover with pesto, tomato, and mozzarella
3) Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake at 350 for 25 min
