Ingredients
- Brownies:
- 4 squares Baker's Unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup butter
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 t mint extract
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Frosting:
- 4 T soft butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 T milk
- 1 t mint extract
- green food coloring
- Glaze topping:
- 2 squares Baker's Unsweetened chocolate
- 2 T butter
Preparation
Step 1
Brownies:
Melt chocolate and butter over low heat.
Cool, then add remaining ingredients.
Pour batter into well greased 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
Cool
Frosting:
Cream the butter, gradually adding the powdered sugar.
Add milk to the mixture and the mint extract.
Add food coloring.
Frost the brownies.
Refrigerate.
Glaze:
Melt chocolate and butter over low heat.
Mix well and drizzle over the frosting, spreading until brownies are completely covered.
Cool
