WINGS*****ActiFry Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 2 12 lbs. split chicken wings (which is about 12 wings/24 pieces)
  • salt and pepper
  • to s up the paddle but you just need to soak it overnight in hot soapy water and it comes off.

Preparation

Step 1

Pat the wings dry, salt and pepper and put in the fridge on a paper-towel and parchment lined plate for several hours until ready to cook.

Remove from the fridge 1 hour before cooking.

Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the pan (or not - I doubt it needs it) and add the wings.

Set the machine for 30 minutes and add the Wing sauce when 5 minutes remains. If there is a significant amount of fat in the pan, drain it off before you add the Wing sauce. (The first time, I did 30 minutes plus 5 minutes and the extra five minutes was enough to cause the small sections of the wings (the part I like) to start falling off the bone.)

Serve with garnish and/or dip of choice.
