German Potato Salad

Amazing!I made this 5x of what the original recipe calls for except for the potatoes so just use a whole bunch of potatoes!!!

Ingredients
- 12 to 14 red potatoes (about 4 lbs) peeled and cooked
- 10 boiled eggs sliced 20 strips of bacon diced
- 5 med onions, chopped 10 cups of water
- 2.5 cup white vinegar 2.5 cup sugar
- 10 Tbl cornstarch 20 tsp salt
- 6 Tbl & 2 tsp salt 2 Tbl & 1 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1 Tbl & 2 tsp celery seed 1 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Slice potatoes into a large bowl. Add eggs; set aside. Cook oinion and bacon until crips. Drain reserve 15 Tbl of drippings. Add bacon & onion to potato mixture. Add remaining ingredients to the dripping; cook and stir until slightly thickened. Pour over potato mixture and toss to coat. Serve warm
