Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/3 cup flower

Step 1
Leaving the flower out add all ingredients to medium pot. worm slowly while stiring constantly to prevent burning. add flower slowly to reduce lumps. bring to boil 1 minute untill it starts to thicken.
cool a few minutes pour over biskets, or chicken.
