Ingredients
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small carrot, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 3 tbs mayonnaise
- 9 oz frozen chopped spinach
- freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tbs sour cream
- 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 packet snack toasts or melba toasts

Preparation
Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT TOASTS AND CHEESE IN CLASSIC BATTER BOWL, MIX WELL.
SPREAD SPINACH MIXTURE ONTO TOASTS USING CHEESE KNIFE; PLACE RECTANGLE STONE.
SLICE CHEESE USING CHEESE KNIFE. PLACE ON TOP OF SPINACH MIXTURE. BAKE 10-12 MINS UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
