  • 1 cup Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Molasses
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Cage-free Eggs
  • 3 cups Quick-cooking Oats
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 3/4 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 2 cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • Cooking Spray

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Combine brown sugar and butter in a large bowl. Beat until ingredients are well blended and fluffy.

Mix in molasses, vanilla extract, eggs, oats, flour, baking soda and salt. Beat until well blended. Stir in walnuts and chocolate chips.

Transfer mixture to prepared baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until crisp and well browned. Allow to cool for 1 hour, then cut into bars
