Spinach Topped French Bread

Ingredients
- 1/2 C butter
- 2 Tbsp garlic
- 2 Tbsp minced onion
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach (thawed, squeezed, dried)
- 1 C shredded cheddar
- 1 C shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Loaf of french bread
- 1/2 C grated parmesan
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in small skillet, add onion and garlic
Remove and stir in spinach, chesses, s+p
Spread onto halved french bread loaf
Sprinkle with parmasan
Bake at 350 for 15-20 min
