CITRUS GINGER ROASTED BROCCOLI

  • 1 lg. head broccoli cut into large florets with some stem
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. soy
  • 2 tsp. orange juice
  • 2 tsp. orange zest
  • 1 1/2 tsp. minced green ginge1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment or coat with spray. Toss broccoli with oil; spread on pan in an even layer. Roast, stirring half way through until lightly browned, about 20-25'.
While broccoli roasts, whisk soy, orange juice,, zest, ginger and garlic in small bowl. Immediately drizzle roasted broccoli with orange mixture and serve
