Broccoli Casserole

  • 3 Large bags of frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 lb. velvetta
  • 1 and 1/2 sleeves of Ritz Crackers



Step 1

Cook broccoli and drain
Cube velvetti and cook over low heat with 1/2 stick of butter.
When melted, add broccoli and mix together.

Pour into 8 1/2 x 11 casserole.

Crumble crackers and mix with 1/2 stick of melted butter. Spread on top of casserole.

Bake uncovered @ 350 for 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly.
