lb bacon, ccoked crisp, chopped into small pieces
l lb hard salami, cut into small pieces
slices bread, left out overnight to dry a bit, cut into small pieces
Put all three into a large bowl
cup skim milk
Add to bread mix
cup or more flour, add just enough flour into bread mixture until you can form balls
Fill a large spaghetti pot with insert with water and bring to a full boil. Using a gravy spoon scoop the bread mixture onto the spoon and using a second spoon form balls before adding into boiling water. Do not overfill the pot with dumplings for they will not cook through. Cook for 15 - 20 minutes or until completed cooked through and then repeat the process until the dumpling mix is all cooked.
