Ingredients

    # boneless lean sirloin 1" thick, trimmed

    tsp. coarse black pepper

  • 1/2

    onion thinly sliced

    cup dry white wine

Directions

Sprinkle steak with 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, coriander, and cumin. Heat 1 tsp. oil in large heavy skillet over medium high heat. Place steak in skillet; cook, turning once, until instant read thermometer registers 145F (about 8'). Transfer to cutting board and set aside. Meanwhile, wipe skillet out; add remaining oil and place over medium high heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5'. Add mushrooms and rosemary; cook, stirring until mushrooms are browned and tender, about 2' Cut steak into 12 slices and serve with mushrooms,
