Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Organic Coconut Oil
  • 2 cups Organic Gluten Free Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Whole Raw Organic Almonds, rough chopped
  • 1/2 cup Whole Raw Organic Walnuts, rough chopped
  • 1/2 cup Raw Whole Shelled Organic Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Sun Dried Organic Coconut Flakes
  • 1/3 cup Raw Local Honey or Grade B 100% Pure Maple Syrup

Preparation

Step 1

In a large pan, heat your coconut oil on medium heat. Now stir in the oats, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds and coconut flakes and coat all evenly and well. Turn the heat up to medium high heat and while stirring, constantly cook until medium golden brown. Remove from the heat and stir in the honey, coat well. Allow to set up for 10 minutes, serve and enjoy!
