Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter/margarine
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 3 ripe bananas, smashed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. baking soda
- 1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and eggs.
Combine the dry ingredients.
Alternate adding bananas, milk and flour to the mixture.
Stir in the pecans. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until done.
