Winter Trees for Polar Bear Cupcakes
Turn basic ice cream cones into sweet and simple Christmas desserts.
- 2 sugar ice cream cones
- 2 chocolate wafer cookies (such as Nabisco Famous Chocolate Wafers)
- Royal icing
- Royal Icing
- 3 large egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 pound confectioners' sugar

Attach sugar ice cream cones to chocolate wafer cookies using small dabs of royal icing.
Spread the cones with icing, then fill a piping bag with a petal tip. Starting at the base of the cone, pipe the icing in short downward motions. While wet, decorate with silver and blue dragees.
