Ingredients

  • 2 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 16 oz. braunsweiger
  • 2 tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire
  • S & P to taste

Directions

Mix until the cheese can't be seen.
Pack tightly into small containers or vegetable sprayed molds. Refrigerate for several hours. Remove, garnish, and serve on crackers.
Keeps well for weeks.
