- Savor:
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- Sweet:
- 1 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar

Savory: Serve with fish meats vegs:
Put all ingredients into small saucepan and simmer until reduced by half. Will thicken as it cools
Sweet: Serve over deserts:
Heat the balsamic until it comes to a boil. Reduce the heat to simmer and add brown sugar. Stir and simmer until it is reduced by half. It will thicken as it cools
