    cup balsamic vinegar

    tbsp. brown sugar

Directions

Savory: Serve with fish meats vegs: Put all ingredients into small saucepan and simmer until reduced by half. Will thicken as it cools Sweet: Serve over deserts: Heat the balsamic until it comes to a boil. Reduce the heat to simmer and add brown sugar. Stir and simmer until it is reduced by half. It will thicken as it cools
