Ingredients
- 9 –inch pastry shell
- 3 T corn starch
- 1/4 C butter
- 1/4 C lemon juice
- 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
- 1 C sour cream
- 1 C milk
Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan combine sugar, butter, corn starch, lemon juice, milk, egg yolks. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thick. Cover and cool. Fold in sour cream. Pour in baked shell. Chill at least 2 hours. Top with cool whip.
