  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons fresh ground pepper
  • 1 tbs better than boullion beef
  • 1 cup Pinot Grigio wine
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 (1 ounce) package onion soup mix
