Chinese Brown Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the above ingredients in order and bring to a boil, stirring.
Can mix cornstarch in a small amount of water & add at the end instead of begining
