LAMB CURRY

Ingredients

  • 1 lb meat (bite sized)
  • 2 Cloves garlic minced 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (drained)
  • 1 cup beef/chicken bullion
  • 3-6 table spoons Patakas Massala paste or 1/3 cup Massala powder
  • 1/2 can tomato paste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the meat
Saute the onion and garlic
Add tomato, curry and simmer for 2 hours.
Serve with rice.
Improves with freezing and age
